Abstract:
with 1, 3-propanediol and dichlorosulfoxide as raw materials and Potassium periodate as oxidant, under the catalysis of ruthenium trichloride, 1,3, 2-dioxane-2 was synthesized, 2-dioxide. The structure of 1,3, 2-dioxane-2, 2-dioxane was characterized by IR and 1 H NMR. The reaction temperature, reaction time, the molar ratio of raw materials, the amount of catalyst, the type of oxidant and the amount of oxidant were optimized. The optimum operation conditions were obtained as follows: reaction temperature 40 ℃, reaction time 60 min,1, 3-propanediol 60 mmol, molar ratio of n (dichlorosulfoxide) ∶ n(1,3-propylene glycol) = 1.2: 1, the amount of catalyst is 0.15% of the mass of 1, 3-propanediol, m (Potassium periodate): m(1, 3-propanediol) = 0.3: 1, under these conditions, the yield of 1,3, 2-dithioxane -2, 2-dioxide was 92.75%.
